What file formats and specifications do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files (300 DPI minimum). For best results, provide print-ready PDFs with bleed (0.125" on all sides) and crop marks. Files should be in CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction. We can also work with native design files—just contact us for compatibility.
What are your turnaround times?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days after artwork approval. This includes design review, proofing, and production. Rush options are available for 2-3 business day delivery at an additional cost. Expedited orders must be placed before 2 PM EST to qualify for next-day processing.
What paper and material options are available?
We offer a variety of premium options including 100 lb gloss, matte, and uncoated text stock; 110 lb cardstock; and specialty finishes like velvet, linen, and metallic. For posters and large format prints, we provide options in 80-100 lb gloss or matte paper. Calendars are available on 80 lb text with binding options. Our design team can recommend the best material for your specific project.
What are your minimum order quantities and pricing?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type. Flyers and posters start at 25 units, brochures at 50 units, and calendars at 100 units. We offer tiered pricing—the more you order, the lower your per-unit cost. Custom quotes are available for bulk orders.
